This is the last Territory Bulletin issued by Bishop Barbara Andrews... the Bulletin will continue to be published the last week of the month, and we look forward to input from Bishop Elect Lincoln Mckoen who as of May 1st, 2020 will be the Administrator for the Territory of the People until such time as his consecration can take place.

We bid farewell to Bishop Barbara, and say hello and welcome to Lincoln... may your journeys be filled with good companions along the way...
