A WORLD RELIGIONS CONFERENCE  ‘BUILDING BRIDGES’ WAS HELD ON SUNDAY 18 OCTOBER 2026.

AT ST. MICHAEL AND ALL ANGELS CHURCH IN PRINCE GEORGE.

This two-hour conference was hosted by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at of British Columbia. Seven religious traditions (including Indigenous), spoke to the importance of ‘Building Bridges’ from their own faith perspectives.

Over 200 people came and listened, some staying for the whole event while others choose part.

Afterwards many of the attendees stayed to enjoy a delicious East Indian meal. At the end, the food left uneaten was donated to a local Indigenous Mother and baby shelter.

Many bridges were built in Prince George this day, and God was found among us, delighting in the diversity of God’s children, coming together with love and peace in their hearts.

May God, the all merciful and all compassionate, be praised
