The congregation of St. Hilda's

Within the service, as well as with the help of Dixie's sisters,  Rev. Angus Muir presented Dixie, a longtime friend, with her baptismal candle. 

In the service, St. Hilda's members, Gail Neidig, Melinda, and Paulet read the scriptures, Fred Dewick from St. Alban's led the prayers, Rev. Martina Duncan helped with Holy Communion, and St. Alban's Deacon, Rev. Lois Petty, dismissed us. There were 30 in the congregation, including friends of Dixie from the community. A time of fellowship followed with many delicious finger foods and a cake made by Dixie's sister!
