National Indigenous Day of Prayer

Retired Bishop Barbara Andrew has shared a few pictures taken on Sunday at the service of celebration for the National Anglican Church Indigenous Day of Prayer at St. Peter's in Monte Creek. 

The church was decorated, all were welcomed with a smudging ceremony, teachings on Indigenous ways of praying were offered, and all were offered a small prayer bundle on leaving the church.
