Farewell to Rev. Ann & Martha Westgate

The parishioners of St John the Divine, Quesnel, celebrated the contribution of Rev. Ann on Sunday October 25.  Assisting at the service were the churches five LMWS:  Kay Honour, Daryl Petsul, Martha Westgate, Shantel Windt and Shirley Smith.

Rev. Ann was recognized for her many contributions to the church family, her warmth and caring personality and her enthusiasm for the role of the church in the lives of the parishioners and community at large.

Marth Westgate was recognized for her contributions as Lay Minister and Sunday school teacher. Following the service all attended lunch in the church hall during which several presentations were given.

The members of the church wish and pray for Rev. Ann and Rev George as they continue their Christian journey in their new parish assignments.
