Sunday June 14th was a beautiful sunfilled day. For those that could, we gathered together for an outdoor service
hosted by Grace Anglican at Wilson Park - located in Miworth just outside the city limits of Prince George.
Parishoners of Our Saviours Lutheran and St Michael and All Angels also joined
with their lawn chairs in tow for the service with Rev George Westgate and Rev Wendy McRae.
As we were along the banks of the Nechako River many songs were chosen to reflect this .
We were not only blessed with great weather ( maybe a bit hot for those sitting directly in it) but there were no reports of
mosquitoes and only one tent catepillar was captured and study by an inquisitve parishoners grandson.
It was followed by a potluck and outdoor games.
Many thanks to those who braved the day!
