January 2 2022 The Feast of the Ephiphany

Vicar Alexis Saunders leads the virtual service from St Mark's Woodpecker Anglican Church. Val Stanley is plays the music on the Pump Organ and the Gillespie Family are the readers.

A virtual gathering was pre recorded inside the 82 year old church located north of Hixon BC in Woodpecker. Vicar Alexis Saunders presides with Val Stanley on Organ with Laurel, Fionna and Kyle Gillespie reading.

St Marks Woodpecker is a little church 11 km north of Hixon.or  32 Km south of Prince George There is no electricity or heat but there is a spirit within that makes this a holy place.  There is a pump organ that waits for someone to play it. There is a warm congregation waiting to welcome others to join us in the prayers for this area and for this world; to join us in the peace and blessings of all that is holy in this life.

Services at St. Marks will be beginning July 7 and ending September1, Labour Day weekend. Services at 10am.
Evening Prayer services will be held
July 28 and August 25. At 7pm.
