Congratulations and thank you!

We have helped exceed all PWRDF fundraising and participation goals for the 2023 Wild Ride. The online donations to St. Paul's Way-Seekers Team have contributed $1260 and another $422 was donated at our celebration luncheon.  The total of all donations to the 2023Wild Ride campaign are over $60,000, exceeding the campaign goal of $50,000.  Well done everyone.

The Wild Ride Windup celebration on October 15 at St. Paul's Cathedral was enjoyed by all with delicious soups and berry shortcake prepared by Rae L. Soup served by "J&J Team (Jim E and Jim B) and dessert served by Lynn S.  Rodney J, Jim B, Carol & Jim E and Catherina V assisted with set up and "dish pit" duties.  Draw prizes were won by on line donors Verna A, Anita B, Jon B, Rae L, Bridget J. Alison Mc, Jon B, Elaine P,and Bob H.

Over the summer, there were four hosted St. Paul’s Way-Seekers Scavenger hunt walks and a cycle to St. Peter’s Monte Creek which were a time to share stories of PWRDF partners and to learn about local social agencies that provide services to vulnerable people and also visit other nearby Anglican churches.   The Wild Ride webinar celebration on October 19 featured Light Wilson of South Sudanese Development and Relief Agency (SUDRA) who shared some work with refugees in South Sudan. The Celebration webinar is available on PWRDF YouTube channel.
