'The Centre of Peace and Reconciliation at St. Michael and All Angels, will be showing the documentary 'NOT ANOTHER SECOND'
ON MARCH 2OTH THURSDAY, 6-9 PM.
This is in honour of 'Two Spirit and Indigenous LGBTQQIA+ Celebration to Awareness day.'
Enjoy a beautiful journey through the recorded stories of 12 LGBT+ seniors and discover the years they were forced to hide their true selves; witness the struggles they have faced, the rights they have earned and the tender moments they have experienced.
The documentary will be followed by a panel discussion led by local Senior elders of our own LGBTQ+ community; and continued with informal conversations over light refreshments during a closing half hour social.
This is a unique opportunity to meet and greet in person, some seniors of the LGBTQ+ and Trans family here in Prince George.
